In this session, participants will learn more about jigging, finger weaving, and the buffalo hunt. To begin, participants will learn the importance of the buffalo hunt to the Metis people with a traditional target practice. During finger weaving, the participants will learn a simple 5 finger weave with the option of a more complicated version. The final activity will be a Red River Jig accompanied by Brianna Lizotte on the fiddle.
